Geoffrey:
He is so verbal and he just cracks me up with the stuff he says. In the morning, he asks, "So what's the plan?" To figure out what we are doing for the day.
Yesterday, he came up to me and said, "Are we going to Bob's?" Yes, we are going to GRANDPA Bob's. "Oh. Are you and Daddy going on a date?" No, we are going to stay with you... so cute.
At Grandpa Bob's Geoffrey played on a boogie board. He liked to stand up on it and "surf." So we said, 'Say Cowabunga!" Later, he got a small, round, green bottle, and he kept filling it up with water and saying, "This is my Bunga-Bunga Drink." He meant cowabunga, but he kept calling it bunga bunga drink! Adorable.
Geoffrey's really been testing limits lately, though. He loves to negotiate (five minutes, No one minute. Three bites, no one bite.) He also has his new favorite excuse, "I'm tired." Geoffrey, pick up your toys! "I'm tired." Geoffrey, say thank you "I'm tired." Sigh.
Today I was folding laundry and he asked if he could jump on the piles. I said no, so then he asks if he can step on them. I say no, so then he proceeds to walk up to each pile and touch them with his feet. "I'm not stepping on them..." sigh.
