Middle of the night. My sweet katelyn, snug as a bug in her swaddle. Her head rests in my elbow. Her back in my hand. She nuzzles and eats. She looks up at me, sees my face in the glow of my iPhone. She smiles, so big, and takes a deeb breath, her smile getting bigger - and almost as if the happiness inside her is overwhelming, she kicks, looks down, nuzzles, eats, then pulls off to look up and smile again. She sighs. Such joy.
