So I am pregnant! Whaaaaaat? I am really, truly, shocked. I took a pregnancy test on May 1st. I had just decided to take a test every month since my periods are so irregular - and surprise surprise - there were two pink lines! I took two more, just to be sure.
I took the last test on March 28th. Other than that, I don't really have any clues as to how far along I am. If I were to guess, I would say that I am due around january 6th, and that I am very recently pregnant - although that could be wishful thinking - I didn't want to have a baby too close to Christmas - poor kid getting their birthday and Christmas lumped together - although in our family the kid will be spoiled anyway so it probably isn't much of a concern. If I got pregnant earlier - closer to the last pregnancy test, the due date could be right around December 25th.
I made an appointment today for May 24 - three weeks away! I am really eager for an ultrasound to date the pregnancy. (They actually offered me May 17th but I pushed it off a week - again, hopeful thinking that I am only a few weeks pregnant at this point!)
