Tomorrow is Geoff's Birthday!

We are busily planning for tomorrow's birthday! We are planning to have the party at Huntington Central Park - we're just hoping it doesn't rain!

Last night, Geoffrey waved bye bye to me when I went to sleep! The first time I've seen that!

Also, on Tuesday, Geoffrey started making a kissing sound. He goes "mmmm - ah" and will lean towards your cheek to give you a "kiss!" So precious!

Walking

Geoffrey walked about 5 feet tonight on his own. He walked from his play table to the couch.

Baby Steps!

Geoff will now take a step or two in a direction he wants to go - if something is close enough, he knows it is faster to take that step then to sit down, crawl, and then get back up. His ability exceeds his confidence at this point - he will hold on to something (like my pants) that offer very little support just to feel secure. I think it is great that he progresses in a way that makes him feel secure!

He's going to be walking before we know it!
