Period
One month.
Not pregnant yet.
BUT, I did get my period today. Which means that I had a fairly normal cycle - 30 days. Which means that I hopefully am ovulating fairly normally. Which means I can be a little more hopeful...
If I get pregnant this month (and have a "regular" cycle,) my due date will be February 15th. If I can ovulate a little late and have the baby a little late, then ther's a chance my baby could be born on Leap Day, Feb. 29th, but I'm not holding my breath for that! hee hee.

April 23
Grant and I have been married for one year and 9 months today.
I took my last pill on April 7 - 2 weeks ago.
If I have a normal cycle, I will ovulate this week. Of course, as far as I know, I've never had a normal cycle.
Still trying to not get my hopes up.
Part of me sort of feels like trying to not get my hopes is silly, because of course I'm going to get pregnant. But thats silly, and thats the kind of thought that will have me disappointed if I don't get knocked up.
Gotta find a healthy balance - confidence without desperation?
But oddly enough, I'm feeling quite relaxed about it - not really stressing or worrying. So I suppose that's good. Less obsessed about it then I've been in the past, which is amazing considering that I'M NOT USING ANY BIRTH CONTROL!!!

Counterintuitive...
It does seem rather counterintuitive to be taking birth control pills and prenatal vitamins.

Europe
Grant and I are spending our Spring Break in Paris and London. We travel a lot, but we wanted to go to Europe at least once before we decided to start having kids - just in case it turns out to be awhile before we can go back...
The plan right now is to take my last pill the day we fly home from Europe, April 8, 2007.
